They say the secret to getting ahead is getting started, so let me help you begin the journey to reaching your fitness goals whether they be to lose weight, tone &amp; sculpt, gain muscle, increase strength or just to help with your overall fitness.

I am not your average personal trainer though; I understand that each individual body is different and I have the knowledge and experience behind me to help you reach your body's full potential. I have completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science then a Master of High Performance Science. I also have a certificate III in Fitness instructing and a certificate IV in Personal training.

Personal training: 
Special offer that can be redeemed with your 7-day free gym trial 
3x 30 minute sessions = $70 
(First session will be to discuss your body + fitness goals which will provide me with vital information so I can work up a training plan tailored for your needs/goals for the next two sessions)

*After the first initial sessions training times can be arranged from 30 mins to 60 mins*

Strongman training 
8 am every Saturday morning = $15 
(All strongman equipment is provided for you at the gym)
