Boot Camp and Personal Training services designed and delivered by qualified female trainers specifically for women....

We understand the obstacles faced by women when it comes to getting in shape and we are here to educate you, train you and help you reach your goals!!!

Our training methods are for women of all ages, sizes, shapes and fitness abilities. Our programs are designed to accommodate people who are motivated to improve their physical conditioning and move them from their current level to the next level of fitness. You don?t have to be in shape to come to start, just come with a good attitude and a willingness to try your best!

We have a 331sqm indoor facility with seperate Personal Training studio and bathroom/shower facilities.

Our combined qualifications cover Group Fitness, Personal Training, Kettlebells (AIK - Level 1 &amp; 2), Boot Camp (BCA - Level 1 &amp; 2), Krank It (Beginners &amp; Advanced) and Strength &amp; Conditioning.

We have a wonderful network of professionals to assist with all of your needs including but not limited too - nutrition, supplementation, natural remedies, equipment etc.

Whatever your goals, we have you covered!!!

Boot Camp is $10 per one hour session.

Personal Training Sessions are $40 per hour or $25 each if you choose to train with a friend!
