Tanya's practice comes from experience, from the heart, with expansion of a 2000 year old technique to maintain the energetic balance for healthy living, while educating individuals about positive changes they can make to their own lives. &amp;quot;Small changes such as seasonally prepared meals in accordance with individuals needs, lifestyle habits or stress management can make such a huge difference to the optimal results for individuals&amp;quot;.

Tanya grew up on the Sunshine Coast and became passionate about healthy living from a young age, getting involved in nutrition and fitness, then expanding in to natural health. Pursuing remedial massage studies and operating a private practice led Tanya to study Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture where she completed a Bachelor of Health Science degree. She undertook further hospital training in Nanning, China and received lectures presented by doctors at the Guangxi TCM University, which gave Tanya insight and experience in to the traditional and modern ways of the medicine.

Tanya also dispenses Australian bush flower essences within her Chinese medicine practice when the emotional aspects of clients need a little extra support. Additionally, Reiki is another hands-on healing modality that is offered.

Tanya practices alongside other healthcare practitioners in Mountain Creek, Caloundra and Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. You'll also find her involved on sports events, mind-body seminars/workshops and spiritual groups in and around the Sunshine Coast and hinterland.
