Mind and Soul Psychology offers a holistic and complementary approach to mental health and wellbeing.   Clients and their presenting needs are viewed as unique, requiring an individualised treatment approach that may include well established psychological techniques (eg.  Cognitive-behavioural therapy) and/or more contemporary methods (eg.  Mindfulness training).  Mind and Soul Psychology also recognises that psychological intervention does not necessarily meet all of an individual's health needs and that other health professionals may be required to ensure the most optimal health outcomes.  Therefore, opportunities to refer clients externally may also be explored.  
Mind and Soul Psychology adopts a strength-based model which emphasised peopleâ??s strengths and capacities rather than their problems and weaknesses.  It is client led and focused on outcomes.
