Cheryl Leber is the director, principal psychologist and counsellor at CG&amp;CS

Cheryl has worked as a psychologist and educator for over 25 years.  She has a wide range of experience working within private practice and the public school system.  Cheryl is a specialist in Counselling, Educational and Developmental Psychology and she also has added training and experience in Couples Therapy (through Relationships Australia) and Hypnosis.

Cheryl is keen to help individuals and couples lead more meaningful and satisfying lives.  She is passionate about helping people improve their emotional health so that they can break free from the grip of emotional pain that comes from fear, frustration, conflict, stress, shyness, and feelings of overwhelming sadness, hopelessness and a lack of confidence.

Cheryl draws from a variety of psychological therapies and research (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy - CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance &amp; Commitment Therapy - ACT, Mindfulness and Relaxation Theory, Interpersonal Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Motivational Interviewing) which are utilised in a way that is best suited to the unique needs of each client.
