Friday morning Meditation and Mindfulness: 
You are invited to fortnightly Friday morning meditation and mindfulness sessions.  Allow Rachael Millsom, accredited meditation teacher, to guide you through a morning of meditation, mindfulness and reflection in a safe, supportive and friendly environment. Counselling
Discover that there is more to life and more to you with Counselling.  
Rachael believes that healing and growth takes place through supportive connections, with others and with nature, she works with body, emotion and thought to bring about change and healing.  She also uses mindfulness to facilitate a deeper connection with self and also to increase awareness.

Do you want better sleep, more peace, resilience, connectedness, calm, full living with existing health conditions?  Or maybe you are not sure what you would like to change you just know that there has to be more?

Rachael works with Significant Medical Conditions, Life Transitions (eg Parenting, Loss, Health), Anxiety, Overwhelm, Trauma (eg Car accidents) and Family Relationships.

A session with Rachael may include: personalised meditation and mindfulness; deep mindfulness work including exploring the wisdom of your body; understanding and exploring your ego states; intuitive and creative processes; nature connection; psychoeducation and psychotherapy.
