Nat Ferrier is a qualified Counsellor and Reiki Practitioner, who completed a major in Microbiology (incorporating Virology and Epidemiology) during her Science Degree. Nat has several years experience in providing Counselling and Case Management in government and agency settings, as well as in Private Practice. She also incorporates Art Therapy techniques, Meditation, Music and Sound Therapy techniques into her group and private session work.

Through private counselling, coaching and energy work sessions, Nat works lovingly with women and men, providing support which assists them to:

-Make peace with wounds and painful experiences of the past
-Acquire new knowledge and skills for improving their holistic health and quality of life
- Gain insight into who and what they want to be in the future &amp;
-Achieve profound life change gently, but quickly.

Nat also specialises in Holistic Sexual Health, counselling and educating people of all ages about sexual illness, dysfunction and associated sexuality and core psychological issues, assisting them to:

-Create a more empowered, loving and positive perception of themselves and their own sexuality
-Make peace with their experience &amp;
