Fit 'n' FAB. For Life provides holistic Personal Training and Nutrition services to enable its clients to gain a healthier, happier sense of being.

Training services offered, include: One-on-one, group, training for children and training for older adults (all at affordable rates). Sessions are conducted in a fully equipped, private PT studio in Donvale.

Nutritional services include: Nutritional recommendations, meal plans, supermarket tours and free recipes.

My specialities include: Weight loss, resistance training, boxing, plyometrics, injury rehabilitation and metabolic surge programming (a very effective and efficient way to drop body fat).  I pride myself on taking the time to get to know you, to listen to your concerns and requirements, and continually evaluate your progress as we share your journey together.  My greatest satisfaction lies with the achievement of your set goals; and I am genuinely focussed on helping you achieve your results.
