Hi!

My name is Tallan and I am a first year Commerce/Law student at Monash University. I graduated in 2013 from Melbourne High School with an ATAR score of 98.4. I am offering tutoring in VCE Accounting, Maths (Up to Year 10) and French (Up to Year 10) and am able to travel to your home if you live within 5kms of Mordialloc or Monash University.

My approach to teaching is to not only to help my students develop a strong understanding of the concepts required to perform well in SACs and the end-of-year exam, but also to instil in them a drive to learn - an important quality which will carry on long after school is finished! I am a sociable and friendly guy and aim for my lessons to be in a relaxed and positive environment.

Experience:

As a recent high school graduate at one of Australia's highest performing schools, I have firsthand experience of the knowledge and understanding required to do well in the VCE. With a particular passion for Economics and Accounting, I have had previous experience in helping students in my role as the Vice President of the Melbourne High School Economics Club.

Lived with a host family in Paris on a 6-week exchange program, and can converse in French at a basic level.

$35/hr one-on-one tutoring
$25/hr per student, group tutoring
