The base of the word 'osteopath' means 'bone', but we osteopaths don't actually treat your bones. Rather, we very specifically use the bones of your body as levers to reposition not only bones themselves, but also soft tissues like tendons and more. This is how we go about helping your body to restore and enhance health.
