Flex Out Physiotherapy has been long established in the Riverina region with clinics in Albury, Wodonga, Lavington and Myrtleford. As part of our recent expansion, we are very excited to announce the opening of the NEW Flex Out Physiotherapy Woden Clinic which is co-located withOrthopaedics ACT in the Woden Specialist Medical centre at 90 Corinna Street, Woden, ACT 2606. This expansion has been a concept we have been working towards for quite some time and we are really excited at the opportunity to extend our service provision to clients in this area. The clinic is open Monday to Friday and offers a variety of services including: * Back & neck pain * Sports physiotherapy * Post-operative rehabilitation * Work injuries * Corporate services * Falls prevention * Home visiting * Onsite workplace physiotherapy Flex Out Physiotherapy prides itself on its personalised patient approach. We believe in a practice based on manual therapy, with emphasis on the principals of early mobilisation, massage, strengthening and stretching. We infrequently utilise machines and only ever use as an adjunct to a treatment rather than a complete treatment. Our formalised approach to treatment includes liasing with all parties including specialists, general practitioners, nurses and of course the patient. This approach has been developed utilising the broad range of experiences from our team, who have worked in rehabilitation hospitals, private hospitals, public hospitals, private practice and Defence Force.
