The Fatigue Centre is a private practice within the Brain and Mind Clinic and consists of a clinical psychologist and an exercise physiologist working together to manage patients with fatigue syndromes, including chronic fatigue syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (CFS/ME), post-infective fatigue and post-cancer fatigue. We work together with our patients to manage fatigue symptoms and increase physical and cognitive function. We apply the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), activity pacing and graded exercises, looking to equip individuals with skills for self-management of their condition.
