Limestone Coast Trout is a trout farm located one kilometre outside the township of Millicent. Visitors can tour the farm and see the aquaculture process from small fingerlings to fully grown fish, feed the trout and learn about the environmental systems that the farm has developed. The Produce Shop on site stocks fresh and smoked trout products and an array of locally made produce including local cheeses and small goods, jams, honey and condiments, coffee and chocolates, olive oils and bush spices, fruit, vegetables, seasonal juices and gift hampers. Lunch tours are a must. Book your social or sporting group in for a tour followed by a barbecue of trout fillets served with chips. Tea, coffee, juice and cake are also available. There is ample parking for buses and trailers. Group bookings by prior arrangement. Lodge accommodation sleeping 14 is available on site.
