With over 17 years experience in teaching meditation, Natalie offers simple and profound meditation methods scientifically proven to enhance physical, emotional, psychological &amp; spiritual wellbeing.

As well as teaching meditation, Natalie works in private practice as a psychotherapist &amp; counsellor, reflexologist and healer.  In her work with the Gawler Foundation she developed extensive experience in supporting people with cancer &amp; MS.  She has a special interest in helping people experiencing depression, addiction, history of trauma and sexual assault.

Relaxation &amp; Meditation Courses:
Mindfulness-Based Stillness Meditation (MBSM) combines deep physical relaxation with a gradual process of mindful-awareness.  MBSM calms the non-stop chattering mind, reduces stress and anxiety, strengthens the immune system and stimulates the body's innate healing capacity.  MBSM invites us to rest in a deep, natural peace that is profoundly healing for the body, mind and heart.  Many experience this as a sense of coming home.

Mindfulness-Based Compassion Meditation (MBCM) promotes an attitude of great kindness towards oneself and others.  MBCM nourishes a healthy sense of self-esteem, courage and confidence developing the noble heart.
