All our classes including Qigong breathing and meditation techniques; strength, flexibility, balance and coordination exercises; forms including weaponry such as straight sword, sabre, fan and short staff; martial applications Bendigo classes are taught by Sifu Raymond Lee, BPhty, DipDNMyofTh, Grad Dip ManipTh, Accredited Clinical Pilates Physiotherapist & 5th Duan Wushu/Tai Chi instructor. He works in conjunction with and is assisted in class design and development by Professor Lily Sun, 7th Duan Associate Professor of Chinese Martial Arts, Wuhan Sports University & International Sanda Judge, and co-founder of YuLong, Master Tara Brayshaw, 5th Duan, to provide you with the latest and most appropriate forms of Wushu and Taijiquan training available.
