Yulong Wushu-Tai Chi was founded in 2011 by Professor Sun Han Xiang (Lily) and Master Tara Brayshaw. It is the only Wushu-Tai Chi School of its type in Australia, having been initiated by two women. Furthermore, YuLong is the only school to: - have an Associate Professor of Chinese Martial Arts (Wuhan University, China) as an instructor - have one of the first people to attain a 7th Duan in China as its founder - have the most experienced Australian International Wushu Judge as its adviser and an instructor - incorporate the Chinese Health Qigong System as standard practice in its classes - teach the official Chinese Wushu Association's standard criteria for wushu and taijiquan gradings as part of its core curriculum Our philosophy is to provide the perfect mind-body exercise program for all Australians based on well-researched and tested guidelines from the best Sport Universities and Organisations in China. Our classes are focussed on helping each and every student to reach their personal goal, whether that is to have an hour's exercise and relaxation, or to become the next National Champion.
